Ran an easy 30 mins on tread. Felt much better today, maybe I just exercise best in the morning.
Kirstie and I had our first attempt at swimming laps, funny!! We could only swim one length before resting.Think we swam a whole total of 8 laps. I need to watch that Swim video I think
