felt great! ate one Gu at 6 miles. got second wind at end had to speed up to maintain 140 HR. HR didn't spike at end of run like usual. sprinted up gradual hill last 3 mins. trying to get to max HR. was only able to get to 183. knees hurt just a little during run.

HR was around 160 during repeats
last repeat jacked up speed and incline, only could get HR to 186 maybe that is my max???

noon - ran "secret trail" and crowder park loops. way too hot and humid to be running at noon. cut the run short just 2.5 miles.

8am Ran 42 mins - Ten/Ten around Staton Place and back, hot and humid. HR pushing 80% most of run. didn't feel as good.

the heat was not fun though suppose to reach 102 today.

wore HR monitor for class. Was zone 3 for most of the class with a few upper peaks.
didn't like class as much with sub. lots of step, and pounding. knee and shins hurting : ( getting old sucks!

12pm ran 40mins on tread. was able to get up to 5.8 with heartrate staying 65-70%
