5 X 60 sec. hill repeats (8.0 incline, 7.1 speed)
60 sec. recovery jog at (1.0 incline, 5.8 speed)
cooldown
total time 40 mins.
not a great workout, was suppose to do 6 repeats but was dying after 5. screwed up recovery jog, was suppose to be 2 mins not 60 secs. maybe thats why the workout felt so hard
it was really hot in the gym today which didn't help either.
next time i may try same incline with slower speed and longer recovery
