Alright I'm finally ditching the old pen and paper log for this method. I've been keeping track of my workouts since I joined Gold's Gym in Dec. I was always teasing JOhn about his workout logging but I have to agree that it is nice to see your progress and its a bit motivational too. What can I say I'm hooked. My resolution this year was to go to the gym 100 times. If I haven't achieved it yet I'm pretty darn close.
I'm also still considering running the Phoenix marathon the day after my 30th birthday. We'll have to see how my feet hold up for that though. I'm still having issues even after investing in some custom orthothics. I really think the marathon would be a good way to roll into the 30s though. I'm kinda dreading this birthday!
