Sat July 14

6am run. S.O. course plus up back. approx. 30 mins. Felt great except left foot starting to blister! Perfect cool weather. Love morning runs.
10:15 BodyPump Class - light legs, heavy upper body. Felt weak. Intense w/o though
11:20 Yoga/Pilates Class - new version, awesome. Lots of planks, and core work. Felt great to stretch after all the running this week too
