Wed July 18

Tempo Workout
Treadmill at home 2pm
10 min. warmup
5 X 3min at tempo (6.5)
60 second jog between (4.7)
12 min cooldown
Total time 40 mins.

Tempo was tough to hold for 3 mins. Liked the w/o though. Peanut butter sandwich for lunch seemed to help get me through!
Still need to get the treadmill fixed, the speeds are way off. Next week I'll do tempo at gym to test speed.
